BF Form Bushing Chain for Water Treatment method Drive Unit
This chain is utilized to connect water treatment method products to a power source. From the past, JIS/ ANSI form roller chains had been used. For enhanced corrosion resistance, each of the elements are now manufactured of 13Cr stainless steel. Because the chain is operated at a slow velocity, a bushing chain devoid of rollers is applied. The sprockets are interchangeable with JIS/ ANSI roller chain sprockets.
We manufacture seven forms of BF Type Bushing Chains in the range from 120 to 240, such as heavy-duty variety.

Chains used for collecting accumulated sediment in setting basins and sedimentation basins or getting rid of the collected sediment in sewage therapy facilities and also other water treatment method facilities demand particularly higher resistance to corrosion and dress in due to the fact they may be straight exposed to sewage and sludge. A dirt removing chain is moved at a reasonably rapid pace on an almost vertically installed rail, although the operation frequency is reduced, so WS Sort Roller Chain is applied. Conversely, a chain for raking up and/or out filth is driven at a very slow pace and won’t call for rollers, so WAS Kind Bush Chain is utilized.
Eighteen types of WS Kind and 6 varieties of WAS Form Chain are available.
(a) WS Type Roller Chain
A WS Kind Roller Chain is created to deliver high corrosion resistance and put on resistance for lengthy service inside the significant natural environment of water therapy applications.
Because the working time of this kind of tools is relatively quick, pins and bushings of hardened stainless steel and other components are made of unique alloy steel to make sure smooth bending on the chain, and superb dress in and corrosion resistance.
(b) WAS Sort Bush Chain
Heat handled stainless steel delivers this chain with exceptional effectiveness for corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
